We are committed to continuously testing the quality of our product creation processes, both in terms of the manufacturing stages and the sourcing of raw materials. These certifications testify to our commitment to taste pleasure and respect for people and the environment.


 


IFS Food

IFS Food (International featured standard) certification assesses the conformity of companies in the food sector, covering the processing and packaging of products. It guarantees the safety and quality of food intended for sale. This standard applies specifically to processing or situations where there is a risk of contamination during packaging.

Logo Label PME+


Label PME+

Groupe Française de Gastronomie has been awarded the PME+ label, which recognises French companies that are committed to more ethical and responsible practices. The label is awarded after an annual audit by Ecocert Environnement, based on the ISO 26000 standard. 


Label rouge

Label Rouge, the official French label, distinguishes products of superior quality. It certifies that these products, thanks to their production or manufacturing methods, offer a much higher quality than standard products on the market.


Label ASC

The ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) sets standards for sustainable aquaculture. This label guarantees consumers that aquaculture products are produced in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.


Label MSC

The MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) label certifies seafood products from sustainable fisheries. It ensures that fishing preserves fish populations, minimises its impact on the marine environment and respects the efficient management of resources.


Agriculture Biologique

The AB logo is the official French organic label. It certifies that a product contains at least 95% certified organic ingredients of agricultural origin, in accordance with standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture.


Produit en Bretagne

Awarded through a rigorous verification process, the Produit en Bretagne certification guarantees that each product bearing the Produit en Bretagne logo has been made in one of the 5 Breton départements: Côtes d'Armor, Finistère, Ille et Vilaine, Loire Atlantique or Morbihan. 


Certification RSPO

RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certification attests that members producing or handling palm oil comply with strict sustainability criteria. It enables certified sustainable palm oil to be traced throughout the supply chain, assuring consumers of the responsible origin of the product.
